# Pricing and support

> Open source. Custom support available on request.

ATX is **open source**. The catalog, the profile surface, [Ask ATX](/ai-vendor-trust-exchange/ask-atx), and the [exchange](/ai-vendor-trust-exchange/exchange) are built in the open, and you can read, run, and self-host the code.

<Warning>
  **In development.** There is no hosted service to sign up for yet. The catalog, the profile pages, the publish gate, the freshness and change-tracking machinery, and the exchange — including give-to-get unlocking — are built; Ask ATX, trust ratings, crowd reviews and the vendor portal are not. See the [overview](/ai-vendor-trust-exchange/introduction) for what runs today.

## What is free

Everything in the product itself:

| | |
| - | - |
| **Public trust profiles** | Browse any vendor's profile — the source-cited [Security & Risk and Business blocks](/ai-vendor-trust-exchange/trust-profiles), with provenance tags and verified dates |
| **Ask ATX** | Ask a due-diligence question in plain language and get a cited, ranked shortlist |
| **The exchange** | Full reports are unlocked by [contributing an assessment](/ai-vendor-trust-exchange/exchange), not by paying — give-to-get |
| **Self-hosting** | Run the whole thing yourself |

The give-to-get model is the point: the exchange is refilled by the people using it, so consumption is gated on contribution rather than on a subscription.

## Custom support

If you need more than the open-source project gives you — a deployment tailored to your environment, help wiring ATX into an existing GRC or procurement workflow, deep assessment work on a specific vendor, or a support arrangement with commitments behind it — **get in touch**.

## Independence is unaffected

<Warning>
  **No support arrangement buys a verdict.** Paying for custom work — as a buyer or as a rated vendor — never moves a trust score, a ranking, or an [Ask ATX](/ai-vendor-trust-exchange/ask-atx) answer.
</Warning>

This holds regardless of how the project is funded, and it is enforced structurally rather than promised: the rating path and any commercial path run as separate services, with isolation tests in CI proving the boundary.
